The Northmen

Chapter 6, Part 1 is now available here on our website, via rss, on iTunes, and via Stitcher!

So, once again we have a late release. In addition to the Easter weekend, this episode was actually cut down from about 2 and a half hours. And naturally, that was more editing that I needed to do. Normally, I cut out about 15 minutes of pauses, requests for people to get drinks, bathroom breaks, etc... but this was a big brawl, so there were a lot of rules questions. I left some in, because they're natural in the game. But you're listening because you want to know what happens, not to learn when you do or don't get to add your proficiency bonus to an athletics check, you dig? 
I'm hoping to get better about describing the combat as we go along as opposed to saying "this guy" or "I move here" because that's not great radio. We're all learning and growing, so I think it's just gonna take time. 

We hope you'll join us in the aftermath of this chaotic first fight with the Northmen next week in Chapter 6, Part 2!

Chapter 5 Part 3 is up!

I normally like to have the episodes ready to launch before the weekend so they will go live early Monday. This weekend was just busy, and I poorly managed my time, so I wasn't able to put the final touches on the episode until today. As a result, it went up later than usual. We will be back to bright and early Monday episode releases next week when we start chapter 6! Have a great week, and enjoy the new episode!

Chapter 5, Parts 1 & 2 are now available! Happy Birthday, Elly!

The new episodes of that fantasy adventure podcast that we do is available here on our website, via rss, and on iTunes.

That's right, in honor of Elly's Birthday, we're releasing an additional episode today. YAY ADVENTURE!!! We wouldn't have a podcast without Elly having the smarts to record our first session, so this is just a small way of saying thank you. 

Next week, we'll finish up Chapter 5; then we'll be moving on to Chapter 6! If all keeps going the way it is (and I can get into a groove doing this multi-track editing) then we should get through 2 full chapters this month. Fingers crossed!
